Program Manager

We have an open position for a Program Manager joining Cisco Dynamic team located onsite in Austin, TX.

Overview:

• Manage mini sustaining projects, qualification activities, and optic module procurement/allocation for multiple projects
• Cross-functional coordination, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project priorities, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers
• Track project progress, sample readiness, and test execution schedules
• Prepare purchase requests using Ariba Smart Buy, approve invoices, and manage budget programs
• Lead project team meetings, provide regular status updates, and present to stakeholders
• Update program status in Jira/Confluence and present in Ops reviews
• Procure and allocate optic modules, manage inventory, and track purchase orders
• Gather project requirements by collaborating with Engineering Program Managers (EPMs) to compile optical module needs for each upcoming quarter
• Cross-check current requirements against previous quarters to track availability and address ongoing gaps

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or supply chain operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on tight timelines, and work independently
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, procurement systems, and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Familiarity with DVT testing processes and hardware/manufacturing environments is a plus

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
