Hiring Program Manager - Abu Dhabi - Permanent job

Europe Projects Experience is Must .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT project and program management, with at least 3–5 years managing large enterprise programs.

• Strong understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, software development, enterprise applications, and cloud technologies.

• Proficient in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

• PMP and/or PgMP certification required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA.

• Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP).

• Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP implementation, or cybersecurity programs.

• Prior experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government.
