Job Purpose / Role:
To facilitate the accurate and smooth implementation of programs relevant to the assigned division and to act as the liaison between the Project Managers and the program sponsor for the clear and continuous exchange of information that will support the efficient execution of the projects.
Areas Of Responsibility:

Supports the Head of EPMO in the development of an enterprise wide strategy and ensures translation of strategy into a cohesive set of initiatives that can be executed by the Bank within its capacity limit.

Supports ongoing program alignment within assigned Division during the development and monitoring of ongoing projects and program to ensure they support the achievement of the strategic goals of the Bank.

Assist the Head of EPMO in the transformation of the EPMO function from its current maturity level to the target maturity level by acting as advocates of project management rigor as defined by the Project Delivery Framework.

Adherence to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Recommends improvements to departmental policy to the Head of Governance, Policy & Quality Assurance and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of EPMO activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled.

Accountable for ensuring Project Manager alignment with the Project Delivery Framework (e.g. PCD, BC, Project artefacts).

Responsible for recommending updates to project and program management tools and templates to the Head of Governance, Policy & Quality Assurance as required to meet the needs of business.

Accountable for quality assurance on project related deliverables (e.g. Business Case, Charter, Risk/Issue logs, etc.) for each of the Project Managers working in his/her Division.

Provide support to relevant Division in the management of benefits realization and correction of projects not meeting agreed targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance, or Business preferred.

International project management certification, e.g., PMP, PMI.
Minimum Experience:
-
8-10 years of experience.
Language:
English: Native or Fluent.
