Oversee calling campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and performance in acquiring and retaining merchants.
Cost Optimization of POS Business:
Identify and implement cost optimization measures across all aspects of the Speaker business, including SIM charges, logistics partner selection, and device procurement.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product expertise, support sales initiatives, and address customer inquiries and issues related to speaker products.
Merchant Acquisition:
Facilitate new merchant onboarding led by speaker first strategy, specifically targeting competitors' merchants.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making related to speaker product offerings.
Interaction
Coordinate between Sales, Ops, Tech, Product, Data science, Legal, Marketing, MX and Finance team for day-to-day operations and streamline processes.
Problem Solving
Work with the relevant stakeholders within Ops, Finance, Data Science, Product, Sales, and Marketing for effective business delivery
