Program Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and technical Program Manager to lead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of enterprise IT infrastructure and ensure a highly available, secure, and scalable environment.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business strategy with technical execution in a mission-critical, always-on environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading infrastructure strategy, lifecycle management, and technology roadmap

• Managing cross-functional teams (Network, Systems, Cloud, Storage)

• Acting as escalation point for major incidents and driving RCA

• Ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and SLA compliance

• Managing budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and optimizing vendor performance

• Governing hybrid cloud environments (On-prem + AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Driving operational excellence through KPIs, automation, and best practices

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in Program Management (with leadership experience)
