Program Manager

We are looking to hire an onsite Program Manager III, working a 9/80 schedule. This person will be supporting their unmanned aircraft product line of business, from a program management standpoint executing on contracts for the program with their customers. He/She will be working hand in hand with their internal engineering teams, collaborating with the production teams as well as working with flight and operations teams. The PM oversees program life-cycle and manages all activities necessary to meet business goals and objectives. Acting as the central focal point and authority for one or more Programs' execution, the PM provides a single point of contact for program activities to both internal and external customers. Some programs may vary in multiple contract(s) each valued at (20-30 million dollars/year). There will be necessary travel required to meet with the customer traveling to various locations (20% of the time) between Maryland, Florida and DC.

He/She will need to understand formal program management skills such as master scheduling, risk management, trade compliance, government contracts etc. This role will be paying between $120,000-$175,000 with an additional annual bonus included) depending on years of experience.

• Applied (5-8+ years) of Program Management and Engineering background
• Experience working in government contracts with the DOD
• Experience with products like UAS/UAV, military systems, satellite, rockets, missiles etc.
• Knowledge of Trade Compliance, risk management, and production efforts
• Ability to travel 20% of the time to Maryland, Florida, DC and Southern CA
• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance strongly desired
