What You'll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

Candidate Success: Be the primary point of contact for candidates, promptly resolving queries and providing exceptional guidance throughout their academic journey.

Program Management: Efficiently handle the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth delivery and access to course materials.

Retention & Engagement: Implement strategies to maximize candidate retention, ensuring continuous engagement and successful completion of programs.

Operational Excellence: Serve as a bridge between candidates and internal teams to ensure all program requirements are met.

What We're Looking For (Required Experience)

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Advisor or similar student/candidate-facing role, preferably within an EdTech company.

A passion for education, technology, and helping individuals achieve their career goals.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Important Details

Location: J.P. Nagar 3rd Phase, Bengaluru

Working Days: 6 days a week

Fixed Off: Sunday
Salary: Upto 65,000 take home
