THE OPPORTUNITY
Bronx Community Solutions, a program of the Center for Justice Innovation, aims to provide community-based alternatives to jail, restore community relationships, and center the needs and dignity of participants while helping them avoid further criminal legal involvement. With programming in the Bronx’s centralized criminal courthouse and the south Bronx community, Bronx Community Solutions offers meaningful alternatives to the traditional criminal legal system, providing a variety of services including pre-arraignment diversion and alternative to incarceration programming.
Bronx Community Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for Bronx HOPE (Heroin Overdose Prevention and Education). Reporting to the Deputy Project Director, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the Bronx HOPE program. The HOPE model is an innovative pre-arraignment diversionary program that engages individuals at the precinct level and redirects people with substance use disorders to community-based health services, harm reduction education, and treatment services, instead of prosecution.

Position Type: Full time, Monday - Friday alternating from 9:00am - 5:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm.
Position Location: Bronx, NY.
Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $68,400 - $82,400 and is commensurate with experience.
