Program Manager - Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager – Content Creation to lead and manage our content development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and scaling content teams, managing external partners, and delivering high-quality e-learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end content creation process for e-learning programs in AI, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing, and Cyber Security.
• Collaborate with social media influencers, freelancers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging content across multiple Indian languages.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality content.
• Work closely with design, video, and production teams to create impactful learner experiences.
• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in content creation workflows and quality assurance processes.
• Track project metrics, report progress, and identify opportunities for scaling content output efficiently.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in managing content creation or learning program development.
• EdTech or e-learning background preferred.
• Proven experience in managing teams and working with external partners (influencers, freelancers, agencies).
• Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing, or Cyber Security content will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,739.42 - ₹55,291.83 per month
