Program Manager – Corporate Campus Transportation

Position Summary:

The Program Manager will serve as MTRWestern’s on-site leader at a corporate campus in Beaverton, OR and will be responsible for the overall success of the campus transportation program. This role oversees operational reliability, safety performance, rider satisfaction, client satisfaction, reporting, financial accuracy, and continuous program improvement including the management of drivers assigned to the program. The Program Manager is the primary liaison between the client and MTRWestern leadership.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to the VP of Operations and National Contract Manager. Occasional visits and engagement at MTRWestern’s Portland Depot and Seattle Headquarters will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe, reliable, and on-time daily shuttle operations
  • Maintain zero provider-initiated accidents and manage safety compliance
  • Submit monthly reports by the 10th and quarterly reports by required deadlines
  • Track ridership trends, on-time performance, safety metrics, and rider feedback
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with the client
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and annual operating forecast (within ±3%)
  • Manage driver staffing, retention, and performance coaching
  • Act as primary on-site contact for the client
  • Recommend and implement program improvements and efficiencies

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Base Salary: $76,000 (Year 1)
  • Annual Salary Increase: +$5,000 each year SLAs/KPIs are met or exceeded

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years experience in transportation, logistics, or operations management
  • Experience managing drivers and transportation operations preferred
  • Strong reporting, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience with transportation technology (Liftango, Samsara, Netradyne preferred)
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills

Pay: From $76,000.00 per year
