  • Salary: $91,107 - $126,998 per year
  • Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

Responsibilities

The Program Manager, Executive Talent Planning will be responsible for driving the implementation and operational excellence of programs focused on executive-level talent planning, assessment, and development. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, program management expertise, and data analysis skills to deliver high-impact solutions to senior leadership and the C-suite.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and coordination of cyclical executive talent reviews and succession planning processes.
  • Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of executive assessment tools and programs, including C-suite assessments, 360-degree feedback, etc. Oversee vendor relationships to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to define and update role profiles and competency models, ensuring clarity on required skills, competencies, and behaviors for current and future success.
  • Partner with the HR Analytics team to oversee the collection, analysis, and management of executive talent data. Use analytics to track key metrics (e.g., succession readiness, assessment results, retention) and translate insights into actionable improvements and data-driven stories for senior leaders.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets. Manage interdependencies between projects and ensure the seamless execution and continuous improvement of all executive talent initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Executive Development team, talent teams, HR partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of program statuses, risks, and outcomes.


Requirements

Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.


Additional Preferences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in program or project management within a complex HR or talent management function, with specific experience working with executive audiences. Experience in talent and succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Knowledge and experience in the design and validation of talent assessment tools to ensure validity and reliability.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of talent assessment tools and methods to evaluate talent for selection, placement, training, and development purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform talent strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
