DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in the 3P -External Fulfillment organization in Dubai to focus on strategy & operations to drive growth & improve customer & seller experience in MENA.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery experience and speed for our channels. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations of speed programs. Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CX/SX & channel growth improvement programs and initiatives in line with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions to improve speed of delivery
  • Monitor and analyze data, trends, and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
  • Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that can help enhance speed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
