As the The Program Manager, Global Sourcing is responsible for driving the execution of product development and sourcing programs from concept through delivery. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, manages timelines and vendor deliverables, and supports the end-to-end process that brings owned-brand products to market on time, on budget, and to the company’s quality standards.

Location: Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week

Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 salary

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent product programs across categories, managing timelines from concept to delivery.
  • Maintain visibility on all milestones including design development, sampling, costing, production, and shipment.
  • Identify risks, delays, or resource gaps early and proactively communicate mitigation plans.
  • Support Director of Global Sourcing in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvements. Vendor Management
  • Coordinate with global vendors and factories to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Track sample and production progress and ensure deliverables are received according to plan.

Facilitate clear communication between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Support vendor onboarding, audits, and performance reviews.
  • The Program Manager, Global Sourcing, serves as a key liaison between sourcing and several core departments to ensure product programs move seamlessly from concept to delivery.
  • Partner with logistics to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolve freight issues, and ensure on-time delivery of samples and goods.
  • Share shipping forecasts, vendor performance updates, and milestone tracking to support consolidation and cost-efficiency. Warehousing
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations on inbound sample and product receipt, quality checks, and inventory control.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of goods from sourcing to warehousing, including documentation, labeling, and SKU accuracy.
  • Support warehouse space planning for seasonal arrivals and sample storage. Merchandising
  • Collaborate with merchandising to align sourcing timelines with seasonal launches and assortment plans.
  • Communicate key updates on sample readiness, production progress, and vendor status.
  • Ensure product samples are accurately labeled, organized, and delivered for key presentations and line reviews. Planning
  • Work with planning to ensure sourcing lead times align with forecasted demand and buy plans.

Provide visibility to vendor capacity, production constraints, and lead-time changes impacting inventory flow.

Contribute to post-season reviews and continuous improvement of sourcing efficiency. Buying

  • Act as the operational bridge between buying and sourcing for PO tracking, sample approvals, and production follow-up.
  • Escalate and resolve risks that impact buy timelines, including vendor or logistics delays.
  • Support buyers with order prioritization and shipment visibility. Design
  • Coordinate sample requests and track prototype, pre-production, and final samples to ensure on-time availability.
  • Collaborate with design on material or fabric sourcing, ensuring suppliers meet aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Manage communication loops between design teams and suppliers for revisions or approvals.
  • Maintain sourcing data, timelines, and program status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into sourcing systems.
  • Support continuous improvement in workflow, reporting, and vendor management processes

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, product development, or global supply chain roles; retail or consumer goods industry preferred.

Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and sourcing processes, including sampling, production, logistics, and QA.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
