What You Will Do

Define and manage program scope in partnership with Customer Solutions leadership, including creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structures.

Develop and maintain program schedules using Gantt charts, analyzing critical paths and intersecting milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Design and execute testing plans by identifying business requirements and validating new tools or technical solutions.

Lead change management efforts by analyzing team-level impacts, developing risk response plans, and addressing resistance.

Estimate and allocate cross-functional resources, define roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback to functional managers.

Create and implement stakeholder engagement plans based on expectations and requirements analysis.

Develop and execute communication strategies for program teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Incorporate end-user feedback throughout the project lifecycle to refine scope and communicate updates and decisions effectively.

Proven ability to influence without direct authority, including experience guiding senior leaders and cross-functional teams toward aligned decisions
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in program or project management

Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or MBA
-
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification

Experience with Power BI

Training or certification in Change Management

Demonstrated experience testing and launching business processes, including examples of validated workflows, successful implementations, and measurable outcomes
