Program Manager-Integration

Overview:

The Program and Change Manager leads strategic initiatives that combine disciplined project delivery with organizational change support. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional projects, programs and work that supports key systems and processes across a multi-brand enterprise, while helping teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. The position balances project ownership, budget oversight, stakeholder alignment, and change leadership to deliver outcomes with minimal disruption to teams and customers.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple high-impact retail / functional initiatives aligned to enterprise / functional goals, including projects involving new platforms, improved store operations, and inventory optimization, flow support, or functional process improvements.
  • Drive project outcomes by establishing plans, tracking tasks, coordinating dependencies, and enabling key decisions.
  • Champion change processes across the Enterprise by helping teams adapt to new tools, processes, and ways of working – ensuring on time / on budget delivery of agreed outcomes / metrics.
  • Serve as the central point of contact across assigned areas, (areas which we serve include retail brands, wholesale, finance, marketing, IT, Legal, HR and vendor partners) to ensure alignment, on time program delivery and accountability.
  • Develop and manage project plans, tracking, and provide regular updates to leadership – including status of spend, value capture, and program tasks, milestones and agreed deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities within current process / workflows and work with teams to implement solutions that save time, reduce cost, enhance customer experience, and drive sales across the Enterprise.
  • Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, change impacts, and decision points.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project and change management experience, preferably in a retail or consumer-facing environment.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, finance, marketing, or relevant work experience.
  • Project or change management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and improving how work gets done.
  • Leverage AI Tools to enhance efficiency and drive results including Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini among other tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a retail store or multi-unit retail environment, as well as wholesale and business-to-business operating models.
  • Background in process improvement, retail expansion, or change management.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Copilot, Planner, and Power Platform.
  • Exposure to retail systems such as POS, inventory, or CRM platforms.
  • Ability to create process documentation and flowcharts using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
