Program Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Program Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM to lead large-scale enterprise implementations and transformation programs. This role requires a strong blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM modules). You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless coordination across business and technical teams, and driving successful implementation of scalable and high-impact CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM programs across geographies
  • Define program roadmap, governance structure, and delivery frameworks
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage dependencies across projects and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and clients
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Drive consensus across business, product, and engineering teams
  • Provide regular project updates, insights, and executive-level reporting
  • Oversee design and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, architecture standards, and solution design principles
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on customizations, integrations, and data migrations
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices across teams, ensuring efficient sprint execution
  • Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release cycles
  • Ensure robust UAT planning, defect management, and release governance
  • Maintain high-quality delivery standards through continuous monitoring
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Track program KPIs, delivery metrics, and financials
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and client expectations
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and frameworks

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management in IT or Enterprise Software Delivery
  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM solutions
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stream programs
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integration patterns
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage distributed teams and vendors
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps, Integration Services)
  • Prior experience in digital transformation or CRM modernization programs

Certifications such as:

  • PMP / PRINCE2
  • CSM / SAFe
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
