Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Program Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM
to lead large-scale enterprise implementations and transformation programs. This role requires a strong blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM modules). You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring seamless coordination across business and technical teams, and driving successful implementation of scalable and high-impact CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM programs across geographies

Define program roadmap, governance structure, and delivery frameworks

Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets

Manage dependencies across projects and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks

Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and clients

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
-
Drive consensus across business, product, and engineering teams
-
Provide regular project updates, insights, and executive-level reporting
-
Oversee design and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)

Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, architecture standards, and solution design principles

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on customizations, integrations, and data migrations

Drive Agile/Scrum practices across teams, ensuring efficient sprint execution

Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release cycles

Ensure robust UAT planning, defect management, and release governance
-
Maintain high-quality delivery standards through continuous monitoring

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Track program KPIs, delivery metrics, and financials

Ensure compliance with internal governance and client expectations

Continuously improve delivery processes and frameworks
Requirements
-
10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management in IT or Enterprise Software Delivery

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM solutions
-
Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stream programs

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integration patterns

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to manage distributed teams and vendors

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps, Integration Services)

Prior experience in digital transformation or CRM modernization programs
