Program Manager - SDG Delivery Portfolio (KSA)

This role is open to both Saudi and non-Saudi candidates, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact programs aligned with Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale strategy and analytics programs across multiple clients and industries
• Define and manage program governance, ensuring alignment with both client priorities and SDG Arabia standards
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across practices (Data Analytics, EPM, and Digital Transformation)
• Monitor and report program performance, budgets, timelines, and risks
• Coach and mentor project managers, strengthening our delivery leadership in KSA

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years' experience managing delivery portfolios or large programs in consulting or enterprise environments
• Strong background in Business Strategy and Data Analytics delivery
• Demonstrated expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and C-level engagement
• PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification strongly preferred
• Prior experience in KSA or GCC markets is highly desirable
