What would you do? As a Supply Chain Functional Architect, you will lead the design and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes for global clients. The role involves conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and creating functional solution designs across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. The architect will be translating business needs into scalable, technology enabled solutions using platforms like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder and o9. Responsibilities include developing target operating models, preparing solution blueprints and guiding delivery teams through configuration, testing, and deployment. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, along with deep supply chain domain expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with business process modeling techniques. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
