Program Purchasing Specialist - Fixed Term

What awaits you in this role?

• Coordinate purchasing activities within Ford Otosan with all relevant departments; Product Development, Finance, MP&L, Purchasing, Ford of Europe counterparts etc.

• Support the selection of suppliers and ensure related sourcing agreements are completed on time and in line with the program targets,

• Ensure the publication of reports/action plans showing the status and targets of the programs from a Purchasing perspective to the Leaders of Purchasing, other units, and upper management; track and ensure the realization of targeted actions,

• Carry out necessary actions in working groups to resolve purchasing-related responsibilities end-to-end,

• Monitor and report solutions for purchasing-related problems that may arise during the quality approval phase of program components,

• Track timely receipt of piece price and investment cost quotations for parts to be launched; ensure order and part approvals (PSW) occur within the project plan,

• Support part procurement from suppliers during launch phases,

• Provide support to the Purchasing commodity group in forming and tracking supplier strategies,

• Provide support to relevant teams for developing systems and reports used in program gateways.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and preferably data analysis tools) and general MS Office skills, Excel VBA,

• Ford quality-GPDS/PPAP processes,
