Reports to:
Manager, Curriculum and Instruction Design
Purpose:
The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support for the department programs, both online and face-to-face.
Responsibilities:

Serves as the first point of contact for phone callers and visitors

Responds electronically, verbally, and face-to-face to inquiries

Provides technical support with the Learning Management System (LMS) for instructors and learners
-
Provides support with email communications, reminders, and follow-ups
-
Keeps records and a filing system for the department's online and face-to-face programs
-
Assists in coordinating and maintaining the curriculum design and development cycle for English language and translation programs to ensure timely completion

Collects and organizes feedback and data from multiple sources within the curriculum cycle

Maintains organized records of curriculum reviews, updates, and revisions for use by internal stakeholders

Acts as a liaison between the department and university platform support teams, e.g., Moodle, Vfairs, and others, to relay messages and coordinate issue resolution

Keeps records on training needs, participation, and feedback to enhance program quality

Participates in preparations and serves as a liaison for major annual conferences and periodic department events

Assists in the department’s logistics as needed

Submits and follows up on marketing requests
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience:
-
A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in administration
Skills:
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of English and Arabic
-
Proficient in Microsoft applications
-
Good knowledge of learning management systems, such as Moodle
