Newkleo is hiring a Program Support Specialist for one of their clients in Hamilton, NJ.

Job Description:

• The fair hearing unit needs to implement a case triage unit/team to sort and prioritize mail to reduce the number of fair hearings in accordance with CMS guidance and requirements.
• Full-time, high-level admin, legal experience preferred, problem solving and analytical skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficient, Prepare detailed reports showing case status, data entry, phone/customer service experience

Work hours:

• 9 am - 5 pm
• Lunch Duration: 1 hour, unpaid
