Program Support Specialist

Join AZAD as a Program Support Specialist and provide leadership for program, project and administrative support to the Infrastructure Asset Management organization. This position will provide direct support to the Director, as well as assist other managers and workgroups within the organization. This position will also serve as the technical administrative lead, providing direction and support to the administrative assistants within the tier 3 organizations.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on-site based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 5 days per week.

The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.93) is $22.00 to $35.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Operations (or closely related field) is preferred.

With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience is required.

With an applicable Associates degree, 4 years of experience is required.

Without an applicable degree, 6 years of experience is required.

Experience should be workplace experience in mid/high-level, process-driven Customer Service or Operational Support positions

Intermediate to Advanced skills/experience with SharePoint sufficient to:

Support, manage, edit, and maintain site

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Preferred:

Familiarity with Visio and MS Project is preferred

Demonstrated editing and proofreading skills

Verbal and written communications skills with demonstrated tact, diplomacy and discretion.
