Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic ad campaigns across Google DV360, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs.
- Build and manage audience targeting strategies including contextual, retargeting, and lookalike segments.
- Run campaigns across display, video, native, and connected TV.
- Monitor performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and creatives for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
- Track and report on KPI performance (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversions).
- Keep up-to-date with the latest in adtech, privacy laws, and targeting innovations.
- Establish and scale in-house programmatic capabilities for the brand.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in programmatic advertising (D2C, retail, or consumer brands preferred).
- Strong knowledge of DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, etc.) and ad exchanges.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and Looker/Data Studio.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and frequency management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
