Programmatic Lead

Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Programmatic Lead to spearhead our global programmatic strategy. This role will be responsible for managing high-budget, data-driven campaigns across multiple asset classes, driving high-quality trader acquisition, and strengthening brand awareness at scale.


The ideal candidate is a technically proficient and analytical marketing leader with strong experience in programmatic advertising, a deep understanding of the financial trading industry, and a proven ability to optimize performance across global markets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute a global programmatic strategy aligned with MultiBank’s expansion into new markets and products.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), focusing on CPA and ROI performance.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and customer data platforms (CDPs) to build sophisticated audience segments and improve attribution models.
  • Drive innovation through AI-powered bidding strategies and automation to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with Tier-1 regulatory standards and maintain strict brand safety across all programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize continuously, and provide detailed reporting on KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Support MultiBank’s global growth by scaling campaigns across multiple regions, languages, and regulatory environments.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong expertise in platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and CM360; experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the financial trading industry, including Forex/CFDs (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing multi-market, multilingual campaigns across different regions and time zones.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
