Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals and target audience segments.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across various platforms including demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, and social media channels like Facebook Advertising.
  • Optimize campaigns continuously by analyzing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to improve KPIs like click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content using Adobe Creative Suite and ensure assets are tailored for different channels including display, video, social media, and print advertising.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to inform targeting strategies and campaign adjustments.
  • Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align advertising efforts with sales objectives, especially in B2B marketing contexts.
  • Utilize HTML and WordPress skills for landing page optimization and integration of tracking pixels or scripts essential for performance marketing analytics.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences that support content marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare insights that guide future strategy adjustments.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in SEO, social media marketing, e-commerce, and multichannel marketing to ensure innovative campaign execution.

Experience

  • Proven experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms with a strong understanding of DSPs, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and print advertising integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and basic HTML coding for landing page development or tracking implementation.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on product management, sales alignment, budgeting, and performance measurement.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging ad copy that resonates across diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for developing visual assets that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms to streamline email campaigns and lead nurturing processes.
