Responsibilities:
You will be expected to:
- learn appropriate software development tools in use for research
- code and develop computer programme and gain understanding of the entire application requirements
- maintain documents of application systems
- participate in the study, analysis, and design of research applications
- develop adequate understanding of Data Modeling and Data Analysis techniques, and should apply them
- interact with the application users and resolve day-to-day issues with minimal guidance from supervisor
- actively participate in various meetings and forums
- maintain good communication and relationship with peers and users
- work on special assignments as per research requirements
- assist the supervisor as per need.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
You should have:
- a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferably a Master's degree in Management Information Systems
- at least two years of relevant experience preferably of working on Android and other technologies
- appropriate knowledge and understanding of REST and JSON softwar, problem analysis and solution design, and software engineering as well as excellent hands-on skills pertaining to programming languages
- appropriate knowledge and understanding of software engineering, object-oriented analysis and design as well as hands-on skills pertaining to various programming languages and web-based applications
- good communication skills and ability to efficiently work with diverse teams
- willingness to travel to adjoining districts for field work.
