Role Overview

The Programming Engineer (Sr. Executive) will design, develop, and maintain software applications, automation scripts, and internal tools using Python, Java, and HTML. The role will support digital transformation, internal system development, and integration of software with production/engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Java, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Design and implement backend scripts, internal utilities, dashboards, and automation modules.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to build software solutions that support manufacturing and process automation.
• Debug, test, and maintain existing applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate on system architecture design and database integrations.
• Support development of APIs, web tools, and data visualization modules.
• Document system architecture, code logic, and standard processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Knowledge of data structures, OOP, and software development best practices.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and version control (Git).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in integrating software with hardware or automation systems.
• Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and web frameworks (Flask, Django, Spring Boot).
• Exposure to data analytics, machine learning basics, or scripting for process automation.
