In this role, you will work closely with Accenture’s diverse security practices, including Strategy, Protection, Resilience, and Operational Technology (OT) Security, to ensure the successful delivery of security solutions and services to our clients.

As a Program / Project representative, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the governance of security projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, Accenture’s standards, and industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Governance and Oversight:

  • Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks for security projects.

  • Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

2) Collaboration Across Practices:

  • Work with Accenture’s security practices (Strategy, Protection, Resilience, and OT Security) to align project delivery with client needs and organizational goals.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions.

3) Client Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on delivery governance and security best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

4) Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and implement best practices.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure Accenture’s security offerings remain cutting-edge.

5) Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present project status reports, governance updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support project governance and compliance requirements.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in delivery governance, project management, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

  • Experience working in the Middle East region and familiarity with local regulatory requirements is an advantage.
