Purpose of the Job

Project Engineer will be responsible for the technical support of Halton Air Filtration and Energy Efficiency products in Turkey and Caucasus region. Travelling around subject region is necessary especially for field supervision.

Main duties include:

·       Ensure the proper installation and commissioning of Halton products in complience with the Halton standarts

·       Ensure the compliance of the engineering delivrables according to Halton and customer requirements

·       Constant training and mentoring of Halton service partners

·       Handling and liaising warranty claims and customer technical requests

·       Actively work with the sales organization to drive the sales business growth and profitability with superb customer satisfaction and safety record.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Field service, project engineering, customer facing experience
• Experience in the fields of technical support. Ideally, the candidate has experience and knowledge in servicing of ventilation systems
• Ability to engage with customers on technical areas, exploring ways to resolve issues.
• Able to work independently and is willing to get “hands-on” as and when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering (prefer mechanical or mechatronics engineer)
• Technical knowledge/application of HVAC systems
• Ability to grasp technical and customer issues and turn into business actions
• Behavioural Competencies Required

• Effectively cooperates with Sales

• Customer relationship and development skills
• Good level of written and spoken English.
