We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Office Engineer to join our projects in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical competencies, hands-on experience with international standards, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.
• Review, interpret, and control technical drawings, shop drawings, and contract documents.
• Prepare and follow up on technical documentation, method statements, and construction-related reports.
• Ensure effective i nterdisciplinary coordination among Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural/Finishes teams.
• Monitor construction progress and support problem-solving for technical and site-related challenges.
• Coordinate with international consultants and ensure compliance with international standards and specifications.
• Report regularly to project management and contribute to efficient site reporting and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects, with a strong focus on international mega projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Primevera is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and review technical documentation and shop drawings.
• Experience in subcontractor and supplier management.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure construction environments.
