Job Purpose
To support financial operations related to projects, with a strong focus on costing, procurement, and financial tracking within the healthcare equipment domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor project accounting activities including cost allocation and tracking
- Handle equipment costing, procurement costing, and warranty provisions
- Support purchase order (PO) creation and ensure alignment with budgets
- Oversee financial aspects of after-sales service contracts
- Maintain accurate project-related financial records and reconciliations
- Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in project accounting (mandatory)
- Part-qualified or finalist (ACCA / CA / CMA preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
- Equipment costing
- Procurement and PO processes
- Warranty provisions
- After-sales service contracts (preferably healthcare sector)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred)
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Preferred Industry

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
