Project Accountant (6-month contract)

Job Purpose

To support financial operations related to projects, with a strong focus on costing, procurement, and financial tracking within the healthcare equipment domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project accounting activities including cost allocation and tracking
• Handle equipment costing, procurement costing, and warranty provisions
• Support purchase order (PO) creation and ensure alignment with budgets
• Oversee financial aspects of after-sales service contracts
• Maintain accurate project-related financial records and reconciliations
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in project accounting (mandatory)
• Part-qualified or finalist (ACCA / CA / CMA preferred)

Strong knowledge of:

• Equipment costing
• Procurement and PO processes
• Warranty provisions
• After-sales service contracts (preferably healthcare sector)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred)
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Preferred Industry
• Healthcare / Medical Equipment / Related sectors

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
