Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Project Administrator at Global Village, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator / Coordinator with a strong commercial background and at least 8 years of proven experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, coordinating between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with commercial, contractual, and administrative requirements. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of project processes within the construction sector.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Coordination & Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to project managers and site teams.
• Maintain project documentation, records, correspondence, and filing systems.
• Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, and prepare regular status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.

Commercial & Contract Support

• Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
• Support procurement processes, including tendering, bid analysis, and supplier/subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and support in preparing financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and procedures.
• Act as a key contact point between internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely communication and distribution of project information.
• Coordinate approvals, permits, and documentation required by authorities or clients.

Risk & Quality Management

• Monitor project risks and assist in preparing mitigation strategies.
• Support in implementing quality assurance procedures and ensuring project compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project administration/coordination within the construction industry

Experience: Proficient in MS Office Suite, project management software and ERP systems.
