About the Role

We are looking for a Project Analyst to join our Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in project execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. As a Project Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects across Infinite pl, ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and enabling smooth coordination between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Coordinate tasks across teams and monitor progress to keep delivery on track.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
Conduct research and provide insights to support project decision-making.
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to track progress and communicate outcomes.
Assist in identifying risks or challenges and contribute to solutions that ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related area.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in project delivery and execution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Fluency in English.
