My Restaurants is a Canadian-based platform revolutionizing restaurant management for 24 locations, including Osmows and Karahi Boys. Registered as Octet in Pakistan, we focus on optimizing operations and delivering excellence in customer experience.

We are seeking a Project Assistant to join our dynamic onsite team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand restaurant construction processes.
• Possess basic knowledge of restaurant equipment maintenance, especially refrigeration.
• Manage operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Interpret technical drawings and utilize them to support operational needs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for assets.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors on maintenance, repair, and construction projects.
• Develop user-friendly troubleshooting guides for common issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications

• Writing Skills: Ability to draft clear procedures, policies, and technical documents.
• Technical Knowledge: Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and equipment specifications.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing projects within deadlines and budgets.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive and creative in addressing challenges.
• Independence: Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Vendor Coordination: Experience liaising with contractors and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with restaurant construction processes.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment maintenance (especially refrigeration).
• Experience managing operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Background in the construction industry (preferred).
