Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project and Site Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage multiple civil and fit-out projects simultaneously, oversee site operations, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent civil engineering and fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Meet with clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, and provide detailed quotations
• Lead and mentor a team of foremen and technical staff, providing guidance and support and managing subcontractors
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Prepare and review technical designs, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for necessary permits and approvals
• Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and implement corrective actions
• Generate regular progress reports for management and clients
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and HSE regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management
• Professional Engineer certification with valid Qatar registration
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in Qatar
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
• Experience with fit-out projects and interior finishing works
• Excellent client management and business development skillsA
• Qatari Driving license is highly preferred
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing technical teams
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Malayalam is preferred (Arabic is a plus)
