Project Architect

Design Development

• Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs using CAD and BIM software.

• Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D models for client presentations.

• Client Collaboration

• Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.

• Present design proposals and incorporate feedback.

• Project Coordination

• Work with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design feasibility.

• Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

• Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Prepare documentation for permits and approvals.

• Sustainability & Innovation

• Integrate eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems.

• Stay updated on architectural trends and technology

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
