Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead architectural design from concept to construction documentation.
2. Develop innovative and practical design solutions aligned with client requirements.
3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
4. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and building codes.
5. Manage and review architectural drawings, specifications, and deliverables.
6. Oversee coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
7. Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
8. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is properly executed.
9. Resolve design issues and respond to RFIs during construction.
10. Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings.
11. Ensure quality control across all project phases.
12. Support cost management and value engineering initiatives.
13. Prepare presentations, reports, and technical documentation.
14. Mentor junior architects and support team development.
15. Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and close-out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Experience in managing projects from concept to completion
