We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and clients</li><li>Review project specifications and ensure design compliance</li><li>Manage project timelines and approvals</li><li>Conduct site visits and monitor progress</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience (UAE preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations</li><li>Strong design and communication skills</li></ul>Work Location: In person
