Hiring: Project Architect – Real Estate Sector

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Architecture (COA preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural planning, design, and execution for large-scale residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept stage to construction.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction documents.
• Conduct feasibility studies including site analysis, planning, and project viability.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is followed during execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets from a design perspective.
• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (COA Registered preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design & project management.
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite & MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
