Project Architect/Designer - Interior fit out Experience Only

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Project Architect/Designer with proven experience in interior design and fit-out to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling high-end interior projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop design ideas, 3D renders, graphic presentations, and hand sketches.

Conduct space planning and prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and mood/material boards.

Prepare material lists, BOQs, and client quotations.

Organize and attend project-related meetings with clients, site teams, and sub-contractors; prepare and present necessary reports.

Coordinate and oversee project activities including high-end floor finishes, joinery, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall cladding, and interior works from concept to completion.

Handle authority approvals with local agencies and coordinate for drawing approvals and work permits.

Prepare and submit material submittals for client approval and maintain proper documentation for approvals and requested changes.

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D rendering software, and AutoCAD.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and creative design ability.
