Job Overview
Meraki Platina is looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Assistant to support day-to-day project operations. The candidate will assist in supervision, coordination, documentation, and physical verification across project activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out basic engineering checks as per the project checklist.
- Coordinate effectively with Accounts, Purchase, and other stakeholders for project-related requirements.
- Conduct physical verification of materials, progress, and site work.
- Supervise project timelines, track task progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Physically measure and update the site construction status in line with approved drawings.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the reporting manager.
- Support general on-site operations and resolve issues
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong practical Knowledge of handling on-site activities.
- Basic engineering knowledge is essential.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Good communication and supervision skills.
- Must live within 5 km of Meraki Platina.
- Physically fit and able to conduct on-site measurements and supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
