We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between teams, vendors, and stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure version control.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
  • Basic understanding of project management methods (Agile or Waterfall).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • CAPM or Prince2 certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Arabic proficiency is preferred.
