Project Assistant

We are looking for a Project Assistant to join the Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and maintain case files, pleadings and other documents, as well as attorney notebooks, reports and witness statements

Prepare and finalize motions to be filed, including collection of referenced exhibits

Electronically file motions in various State and Federal courts

Work independently and with others

Follow established client and team guidelines for matter management

Keep accurate time records

Work efficiently in a heavily computer-based environment

Strong, concise oral and written communication skills

Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks under strict time constraints

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree

Strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to exhibit good judgement

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional

OTHER:

Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.
