Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various projects. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with necessary resources.

Research & Reporting: Conduct research to support decision-making, prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for CEO review.

Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external communication directed at the CEO. Draft emails, memos, and other written communication.

Document Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring easy access and proper filing for tracking and reference.

Cross-functional Support: Assist in coordinating communication between departments and facilitate the flow of information, ensuring projects are on track.
Event Coordination:
Help organize internal and external events, including board meetings, client calls, and group-wide events.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, management, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital tools for communication and project management (e.g., Slack, Trello).

Ability to work meticulously with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.

A proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges as the organization grows and evolves.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, project management, or business support role.

Additional Skills: Prior experience with project management software or in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
