Job Overview

Compass Training and Consultancy is looking for a Program Assistant to support program coordination, client communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a background in Psychology, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients. This role requires someone who is organized, presentable, and capable of preparing drafts and assisting in the smooth execution of programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of organizational programs and activities.
  • Prepare drafts, reports, and documentation related to programs and client communication.
  • Communicate with clients professionally through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and program-related follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of program participants, activities, and communications.
  • Assist senior staff in program planning and implementation.
  • Ensure professional interaction with clients and maintain a positive organizational image.
  • Provide administrative and operational support when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
  • Presentable personality and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to prepare drafts, reports, and documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in program coordination, counseling support, or administrative roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
