The Project Associate will coordinate projects as needed in conjunction with the Program Director/Manager . Coordinate programmatic services leading to the support of training programs, and will be required to provide general office administration. support to Division. Manage administrative tasks to involve working with various hospital systems on behalf of the Division for financial transactions, HR, software tracking, scheduling and other logistical coordination as needed.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

2 years Project coordination (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously perform multiple assignments.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Understanding of databases.
Solid writing, editing, and analytic skills.
Ability to adhere to deadlines.
Prior research experience.
Understand the concept of time management and supervised independence.
Interface with faculty , trainees, and employees on a professional level.
Ability to grow with software innovations, an interest in innovative publishing, ability to provide technological solutions, and a willingness to provide assistance when necessary.

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children’s National compensation philosophy.
