Project Associate /Senior Project Associate-LCMS

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate with foundational experience in Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). This role is ideal for someone eager to grow into an independent contributor, working closely with senior scientists while also managing their own projects when needed. The candidate should be comfortable in a regulated lab setting and have experience with quality control and scientific documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of LC-MS experiments and analytical workflows for academic and industrial projects.

Support techniques such as peptide mapping, intact mass analysis and glycosylation profiling

Operate LC-MS instrumentation (such as Agilent BioQToF, Shimadzu Triple Quadrupole)

Collaborate with senior scientists and Ph.D. students on experimental setups and data interpretation.

Learn new LC-MS methods and transition to independent project ownership

Perform quality control checks and ensure accuracy of analytical results

Maintain detailed scientific documentation in compliance with lab standards and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

M.Sc. or M. Tech in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field .

Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in LC-MS techniques

Strong motivation to learn and take initiative in managing experiments independently

Title commensurate with experience level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
