Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced HR consultants for project-based assignments. The ideal candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Employee Relations
• Safety and Risk Management
• Compensation and Benefits
• Training and Development
• HR Compliance
• Organizational Development
• Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion
• Candidates must be located in California or possess a deep understanding of California labor laws.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field - REQUIRED.
• Minimum five years of professional-level experience, with a focus on one or more of the specified specializations.
• Extensive knowledge of California labor laws and regulations is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
• HR certification highly preferred.

Work Environment:

This position works under normal office conditions but also requires driving to client locations.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 20 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
• Must be able to travel when required.
