Project Based Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Project-Based Marketing Specialist to join our client's events business on a 3–6 month engagement. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth and accelerate customer acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives and hands-on campaign execution.This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building demand generation programs, and can deliver measurable results in a short timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that directly supports sales growth and revenue targets.
  • Launch targeted digital, email, social, and event-based campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to improve lead hand-off, pipeline velocity, and deal close rates.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and messaging to win new business in competitive markets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, with an emphasis on sales-linked KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and closed-won deals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to internal staff and external vendors to ensure effective and timely execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior marketing experience with a strong track record in demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Proven success in driving measurable sales growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, SEO/SEM, email, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and brand development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to link marketing activity directly to sales results.
  • Prior project-based, interim, or consulting experience is a plus.

Job Details

  • Contract role: 3–6 months

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
