Project Billing Coordinator - Civil

Job Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to support project scope tracking and billing coordination.

The candidate will review project scope, track completed quantities, and ensure invoices are raised correctly as per approved work.

This is an internal coordination role between Project Team and Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Review approved project scope and BOQ
  • Prepare simple project tracking sheets
  • Confirm completed quantities with Project Managers
  • Ensure billing is done as per actual work completed
  • Track additional works and inform management
  • Maintain project value vs invoice record

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  • 1–3 years experience in infrastructure / engineering projects
  • Basic understanding of BOQ and quantities
  • Good Excel skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
